A few things can make a referral ineligible:

• The friend had already placed an order with us before
• The order didn't meet the minimum spend of $50
• It was flagged by our automatic fraud checks

If you think it was blocked by mistake, contact support and we'll take a look.

Referral discount codes and rewards can have an expiration date, so it's best to use them before they lapse. Check your referrals page or email for any expiry details.
